Frequently Asked Questions

Answers before you need to ask.

The first conversation is exactly that: a conversation. There are no forms to complete beforehand, no assessments and no clinical intake process. You simply speak with a member of our European team, in your own language, at a time that suits you.

We will not ask you to explain or justify anything. We listen, answer your questions and help you understand what working with us looks like in practice. There is absolutely no obligation. Most people tell us it was far easier than they expected.

Completely. Privacy is not merely a policy for us; it is the foundation of everything we do. Nothing you share, not your name, your circumstances or even the fact that you contacted us, is ever disclosed to anyone outside our immediate team without your explicit consent.

Our European team operates under strict GDPR compliance and professional confidentiality obligations. The same applies to our clinical team in Cape Town. Whether you contact us for yourself or on behalf of someone you care about, you can speak freely knowing your trust will never be compromised.

Every journey is different, which is why we do not offer fixed-duration programmes. The structure and length of your support are designed around your individual circumstances, your goals and what you and your family genuinely need.

The core residential phase usually lasts several weeks, but the relationship and support do not end there. Ongoing guidance and aftercare continue long afterwards because genuine transformation is not a destination reached once. We provide a long-term support system, not a short-term intervention.

Yes. We believe family involvement is one of the most important factors in lasting change. When the people closest to you understand what is happening and receive support themselves, the entire dynamic can change.

We have a dedicated Family Support Specialist who works directly with partners, parents, children and other loved ones throughout the journey. This is not an optional extra; it is a central part of how we work. Many families tell us the support they received was as meaningful as the support provided to their loved one.

Still have questions? Let’s talk →

Your primary point of contact is our European office in Belgium. Your first conversations take place here, family support is coordinated here and your ongoing aftercare relationship is managed here. You always have a trusted contact close to home.

The residential programme itself takes place at our clinical facility in Cape Town, South Africa. Cape Town provides a genuinely transformative setting: peaceful, private, removed from daily pressures and designed to create the space that meaningful change requires. Your European team remains alongside you throughout the journey, regardless of geography.

If something on this page has resonated with you, that is usually the most honest indication. You do not need to know in advance what to call it or have a fully formed idea of what you need. Many of the people we work with come to us precisely because they cannot find the words for what they are experiencing.

The first conversation exists for exactly this reason. We listen, ask a few gentle questions and help you understand, with complete honesty, whether what we offer is right for you. If it is not, we will say so and do our best to point you in a more suitable direction.

Usually within 24 hours. Send us a message using the form below and a member of our European team will contact you as soon as possible. If you would rather speak directly, call us or send a WhatsApp message on +32 469 185 405.

If a telephone call does not feel comfortable right now, a WhatsApp message is equally welcome. We will meet you in the way that feels most comfortable. There is no wrong way to begin.
